Hello I'm Irma Nunez, co-founder of The Nunez Team alongside my husband, Mike. Since 1987, Mike Nunez and I have been privileged to assist over 5000 (to over 3,000) buyers and sellers, navigating the complexities of the real estate market with dedication and expertise. Additionally, we've acquired more than 300 properties for our own short and long-term investment ventures, showcasing our commitment and belief in the value of real estate. Before embarking on my real estate career, I was a professional banker, a role that equipped me with a robust skill set in financial management, attention to detail, and customer service—skills that have been instrumental in my real estate success. As a devoted mother of two, I deeply understand the importance of home and the value it holds for families and individuals alike.

With over 35 years of experience, my expertise spans a broad spectrum of real estate services, including relocation, negotiations, contracts, marketing, and leadership.
